Description
- Translate high-level customer features and stakeholder needs into comprehensive system requirements.
- Break down stakeholder needs into detailed System Requirements (SyRS), defining logical behavior, performance KPIs, and environmental constraints.
- Establish and maintain 100% vertical traceability from stakeholder needs (StRS) down to specific software/hardware components and test cases.Define the technical signals between the ADAS ECU and other vehicle domains.
- Manage requirements throughout the full lifecycle using tools like DOORS or Codebeamer.
- Ensure traceability between requirements, architecture and system models.

Job requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in automotive engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Bachelor’s or master’s degree in automotive engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering or a similar field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in systems or requirements engineering.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and ADAS functions.
- Hands-on experience with system modeling tools is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with requirements engineering methods and tools (e.g. DOORS, CodeBeamer).
- Strong analytical thinking, clear communication and confident documentation skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
