Description

• Organize and attend project meetings with clients and internal teams. 
• Act as SPoC for all communication between departments and suppliers 

• Lead the change management process (Äko, SFG) from initiation to release 

• Prepare and present topics to change committees 

• Coordinate stakeholders from Finance, Purchase, Quality, and Production 

• Manage engineering changes using tools (AVON, TEVON, TI-Rex, etc.) 

• Drive homologation and release activities (HTG, PT3, TEDA2, ZeON) 

• Execute technical documentation and release tasks (AVON, B/K releases, AEs) 

• Utilize tools like MB-Technik, TI-Syncro, TEVON, and others for release flows 

• Execute and document tasks in JIRA

Job requirements

• Master's degree in engineering, physics, or related fields
• Strong experience in the automotive industry, especially lighting, body & comfort electronics
• In-depth knowledge of development process (PEP), change management, and tools (AVON, TEVON, KVS, TI-Rex, PT3, TEDA, System42)
• Solid understanding of E/E vehicle architecture and automotive standards
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
