Description
- Develop system architectures and algorithms using MBSE methods, focusing on Cameo Systems Modeler.
- Create and maintain SysML models that include functional, logical and physical system views.
- Prepare and review technical documentation and system specifications.
- Lead and support workshops with internal teams, customers and other stakeholders.
- Manage requirements throughout the full lifecycle using tools like DOORS or Codebeamer.
- Ensure traceability between requirements, architecture and system models.
- Support interface definitions, system behavior descriptions and system interaction modeling.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of modeling standards, templates and methods.

Job requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in automotive engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering or a similar field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in systems or requirements engineering.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and model-based systems engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience with system modeling tools such as Cameo.
- Solid knowledge of SysML and a structured modeling approach.
- MBSE certifications or training are an advantage.
- Familiarity with requirements engineering methods and tools (DOORS, codebeamer).
- Strong analytical thinking, clear communication and confident documentation skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
