TCMS Engineer | Job Teoresi Group

We are looking for:

TCMS Engineers

Utilize TCMS (Train Control and Monitoring System) tools and platforms for system development, integration, and validation activities
Employ software tools such as Selectron systems and other TCMS development environments to configure, test, and troubleshoot onboard control systems
Using MATLAB/Simulink or equivalent tools for system modeling, simulation, and validation of railway functionalities
Ensuring that TCMS systems meet all relevant railway safety standards and regulations, such as EN 50126, EN 50128, and EN 50129
Support both software development and system engineering activities, including requirements definition, system architecture, and interface management
Integration of onboard subsystems (HVAC, doors, braking, traction, passenger information systems) into the TCMS architecture and validation environments (e.g., lab, SIL/HIL)
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, test setups, and validation results in compliance with railway certification processes
Generate comprehensive test and validation reports to communicate findings to stakeholders, support homologation, and enable continuous system improvement

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Railway Engineering, or related field
Background in railway or transportation systems
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Experience in TCMS software development, configuration, or system integration activities
Familiarity with Selectron platforms or similar TCMS solutions is considered a strong plus
Knowledge of embedded systems, communication protocols (e.g., MVB, Ethernet Train Backbone, CAN), and distributed control systems
Experience working in safety-critical environments and compliance with railway standards
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French is considered a strong plus
